It wont let me play the sims 4

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: This happens every time i try to play with ANY household!
How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. The same notification pops up all the time! "The game failed to load. Error Code:123:9d5d0e8f:b1d3c02d.It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
How is this making it more difficult? That notification confuses me! I have even tried uninstalling The Sims 4. But, it didn't help! All i can do is create sims. What is the fun of making sims when i cant even use the sims.
How can we reproduce this experience? Please respond to this, i really need to fix this

Please help me find a way to fix this to get back to playing The Sims 4.

I'm having this problem too except I can still play with some of my households which I don't totally understand except maybe the reason could be the households I can't use have outdated mods enabled on them if that makes sense.
