@Terreltimplepops The first step is to clear your browser caches and try again. You could also use a different browser. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.
If that doesn't work, you can contact EA customer support and ask someone to help you switch your email account. A support rep can also tell you if there's something about the new email address that EA sites won't accept, like a nonstandard character. (I don't know if this is an issue, but you should be able to provide the new address for the support rep to check.)
