To whom it may concern,
I purchased "The Sims 3 Starter Pack" today in "Game Stop" in Ireland.
I witnessed the employee finding the correct dvd and leaflet and placing it in the case. It was obvious the dvd had not been used before.
When I returned home and tried to download it, Origin asked me to make an account which i did, it then ask me to type in the product code.
I confirmed that it was a "The Sims 3" I was trying to download and it proceed to tell me that "This code has already been used".
I tried the Late Night CD that accompanied The Sims 3 CD and there was no problems-except for the obvious one that it won't work without the base game.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
