It Deleted All my Households

I was just playing on the university world in sims 4 and i was moving the student to a different place and it came up with and will move your household to the the bin and I was just thinking it would just move her but no it deleted all my households and everything I've done. Is there anyway I can get my stuff back i lost so much stuff can someone please help me thanks!
