I bought Monte Vista for the sims 3 its in my purchase history and when I try to download it, it says that I don't own the game and that I must buy it first, how can I fix this problem?

@darklittlelette Try clearing your browser caches, including the one for Internet Explorer. Even if you never use it, the game and launcher do for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites. If that doesn't help, try a different browser.
If you continue to get the error, you'll need to contact EA customer support to get things sorted out. It would help if you took a screenshot of your purchase history with Monte Vista showing, and if you still have an emailed receipt or a box copy with disc and code, photos of those would be useful as well.
