Issues with March Update for Sims 4

Since the most recent update (March 2015), my Sims cannot travel using the cellphone option. It only says it is loading but never gets them to the destination and so I had to restart the game and lose my progress. Is there a fix for this?

Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? Does the same happen if you start a new game for testing purposes ?
