Island Paradise - Mac Origin Digital Purchase will NOT download!

Hello!

I am so BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I purchased the Island Paradise expansion pack through Origin for my Mac and everytime I try to download the game through 'My Games' on my Origin App, it comes up with an error - 65538: 15000. I sat on the phone for almost an hour three days in a row on hold. I have downloaded University Life and had no problems. 

What do I do?
