Isla paradiso isnt showing up on my town list

I downloaded the sims 3 Island paradise and Isla paradiso not showing up on the town list all I have is Sunset Valley so I’m wondering how do I access isla paradiso ?

@redrosefairy1234  If you play through Origin (in Windows), you need to specifically enable the pack in the launcher: click the Expansions & Stuff tab and check the box next to Island Paradise.  You con't need to click Install or anything; checking the box is enough.

If IP isn't listed in the Expansions & Stuff tab, try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help either, uninstall and reinstall Origin.

If none of this makes a difference, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask about the status of your pack.  It's not enough that you own it; make sure that the pack is active and not blocked for whatever reason.

So I’m down loading island paradise now because I guess I didn’t  download it even though I bought it I thought I did but I didn’t so now I’m trying to find island paradise registration code do you know where that is?
