Is there a mod which allows you to save sims from the cas demo gallery?

So I was playing the CAS DEMO and I wanted to download/save some sims from the gallery and edit them. But I wasn't able to. Is there maybe a mod or something that could allow me to save and edit them?

Without a purchased and installing the game which allows you to go on your profile in Gallery and will create a two-way connection with the Gallery in the game folder, there is no such option and there is no such mod. There is no such mod because mods if it has worked, should be put in the game folder. You do not have a game folder.
