Is This Normal?

When I first inserted my disc and went through the installation process it took a good 3 hours to get to 25%. So I canceled the download and inserted my disc again and I realized different installation pop ups came up. I followed that accordinly and now instead of my game saying 'downloading' it says 'copying'. Is it supposed to say that? It didn't say that the first time? It's also a very slow copying process.

I updated Origin, reinstalled Origin, restarted comp, and made sure my anti-virus and firewall are allowing Origin.

Nothing is working still? Is this Normal?

It was probably trying to download before.
