Is Sims4 Banned in the United Arab Emirates? CC Blocked with WARNING? [ Edited ]

This question might be a bit obscure but I have been living in the United Arab Emirates for about a year and have been downloading cc with no problem until now. With everything I try to download I get a blocked WARNING. I bought my Sims4 basegame abroad and have no idea whether or not the game might be banned in this country and that this could be the reason for sudden blocked cc (even though the game has already been available for about two years.) The content I am trying to download is not very offensive either, mostly new clothing or hairstyles that really have no reason to be banned on their own even if the game IS available in the UAE. Any info will be appreciated.

Doesn't look like it has anything to do with EA tbh.

Looks like your country is blocking you from downloading from this sites.

Seems a bit strange to me.

Could you post a screenshot of the message you're getting ?

Is that on the actual cc sites ?

I mean you download cc separately and then move to your mods folder, so if you're saying, that that you can't access the download, those that mean the actual cc sites like MTS or TSR are blocked ?

The sites themselves are not blocked, but when I go to the download that is when I get the warning.
