I have chatted with the EA support twice now, but they haven't fixed my problem, so I'll just try here too..
I bought a product key for Sims 3 and have downloaded and installed the game without any problems. When I try to launch the game it wants me to enter the registration code again and when i press next it just pops up again.
Anyone who has the same problem and maybe have a solution for it?

@martin199624 Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version? (To find out on a Mac, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select About This Mac.) Is Origin connecting properly, as in, are you currently listed as online, and can you see your game library? It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error message; you can attach it directly to a post.
