Invalid product code for sims3

I had sims 3 installed and working however I forgot my password and reinstalled origin and now I cant install sims 3 as its telling me my product code is invalid. Any ideas on how to use the product code again ?

You cannot use a product code on two different accounts. Please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor, to get access to your old account again.

You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
