Invalid Product Key

Hi, 

I purchased a copy of SIMS 4 for my sister and I'm trying to download it to my computer but it keeps telling me that the product key is invalid? Can't you download it to a second PC? I already payed $80 for the game and won't be paying it again just to get a copy on my PC. 
Is there any way to download it or is it strictly a download once thing? 
Because that would be incredibly disappointing.

You can't redeem the code on two accounts, just on one.

You can install it on multiple computers but you need to do so from the same account (aka, your sisters account)

Thanks! I was hoping that I could download it for myself bit I guess if I can still play it through my sister than that's not so bad
