"The email address or password is invalid. Please try to log in again."
It's been affecting me for nearly a year. I have Origin up, I can log in with Origin, I can log in with Firefox, Chrome, and IE, but I cannot get the Sims 3 Launcher, or the game itself to log in. I have already updated the sims, origin, and all three browsers, and I have disabled my antivirus (Avast!) in an attempt to remedy the situation. Obviously there is a situation, there has been for a very, very long time, I am not the only person affected, and I want it fixed.
I have installed: The sims 3 base game, Supernatural EP, Generations EP, and Pets EP.

Yeah. I have even tried changing my password. Nothing seems to work.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
