Installing from the discs

I bought the physical copy. Did autorun it opened origins and I followed the prompts and entered the code. Now it's says copying but it's been 30 minutes and it's still at 0%. Am I missing something? I can't just download it either because of the data cap on my internet. Any suggestions?

Yeah I can cancel and I start the installation process over and it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get to 1% and didn't move for 2 hours. Is it normal to be that slow installing from the disc? I have slow internet, I don't know if that's a factor but that's why I bought the discs to avoid digital downloading
