Installing custom content doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I recently installed the sims3 on my computer via origin, because my old computer kind of broke. But now it seems I can't install any custom content (like worlds etc.) or even the registration rewards.

I download them into the launcher and everything seems fine, but when I click 'install' it always says that an error occurred and the program will be ended.

I really don't know what I am to do now.

@Gianlucca012 are you updated to 1.67? To check, open the game launcher and look in the left hand corner. The digits there should read 1.67 - if they don't, download the super patch here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Current-Patch-1-67-Manual-links-and-more/td-p/67858
