I have inserted the disk, have installed Origin but I cannot now load the game..! Please help - Christmas Present. Always seem to have trouble with installing from Origin..!

Since you got it on disk open Origin and sign in to you Origin/EA account. Then click Origin and Redeem Product Code. Type in the code from the disk.
