Installing/Playing Dragon Valley

I bought The Sims 3 Dragon Valley expansion and now it wont let me download it...it keeps saying that it is downloaded but its not..it is also not on my sims 3 game in the orgin library... what should i do and how do i fix this???

@Snowbunny041619 Dragon Valley is a world, not a game and therefore needs to be downloaded through the Sims 3 website and not Origin. You can redeem the code here ( https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html ) and then it should appear in your purchase history for download: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html
