Install world packs

[ Edited ]

I'm the original owner of the codes that I have. I'v got the base game downloaded as well as the most of my stuff and other expansion packs. But it's my three world packs that I'm missing (Dragon Valley, Monte Vista, and Hidden Springs). I'm not sure where to get those games back. I've tried re-registering the codes from both the Origin site and the Sims3 site and I'm not getting anywhere.

So basically, without re-buying those three worlds, how do I get them to where I can download them into my new laptop? And they should have already been registered.

@Angalon  I split your comment into its own thread because your issue is a bit different—specifically, worlds are downloaded and installed from the Sims 3 store, not Origin.  These worlds must have been registered to your store account when you originally downloaded them, so the codes wouldn't work again, anyway.  Just login to the store and check your purchase history, or go directly to the download page for each world.  You should see a blue Download button instead of an offer to buy.

https://store.thesims3.com/montevista.html?categoryId=12642&section=UpSell

https://store.thesims3.com/hiddenSprings.html?categoryId=12642&section=UpSell

One thing to note is that the store has been undergoing maintenance for the past two days, so don't worry if you can't download right now.  As long as you see the option, your worlds are in fact tied to your account, and you can try again once the store is fully operational.  This thread will be updated when maintenance is over:
