Install sims4 mod and found render problem?

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? UPDATE: 2/21/2019 - PC 1.50.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? just the main game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? install some cloth mod and use it
What happens when the bug occurs? if i set sim graphic to low my sim went black but if i set to high it become like the picture. it will be normal only i zoom too close to my sim.
What do you expect to see? normal sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I would like to know what just happened and how to fix it by myself without disable that mod. because it did work before maybe it's out date?
