Infamous Error Code No Mods!

Infamous Error code I have started 3 different games with no mods or CC and everytime my households reach more than 30 sims total I get this dreaded message, It's frustrating because I have spent over 200 bucks on this game, it could at least be working the way its supposed to !

@Dsnacks2010 Could you please post the error code your getting ? There's tons of different error codes out there.
