Sims 4 Forum Login Error

@EA_Illium I have this same problem & it is very frustrating, keeps telling me I have an account but then won't accept my password, I am told it's the wrong password.

@EA_Cade i'm having the same issue as well, and it seems like i can't send you a DM when i click send message. It direct me to a page says need permission to see this page.

Can someone tell who I should contact regarding my log-in for the Forum? I had different log-in credentials and one day, they stopped working. I was fairly active and I would like to have that one back. I looked through the EA help section but there is absolutely nothing about the forum on there.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @whubble have you tried to reset your password on the account?

For issues with logging in such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product 

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
