In Game interactions

In the middle of game play of Sims 4, any time  I click on an object for an interaction, the interaction does not display. Example: I click on the shower but can not select "Take A Shower" or if i click on a plant, it will advise what type of plant it is, but the "harvest" option is no longer there.   

I have saved  the game and exited completely out and relaunced through Origin then again by just cliking on my desktop icon.

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a resolution?

I am having the same problem, my game was working just fine for about 2 hours then idk what happened but suddlenly I can not interact with anything in the game I can just watch my sim walk around and do things on he own. I tried making a new household same problem. I uninstalled sims4 and reinstalled still happing please EA get back to us on how we can get this problem fixed we payed a lot of money to play Sims4.
