In-Game Icons Not Working

I discovered a problem today with my Sims 4 game after installing the June patch. A lot of the icons/text that are apart of the game design have been glitching for me today. For example the tasks in the upper left-hand corner of the screen are glitched for my sim in the doctor career, or when my sim travels her face and emotions down at the lower left-hand corner of the screen disappear or "block-out". The game also freezes sometimes and I can't click on a sim to control them. I tried repairing the game and removing all the custom content
that I installed in my game today and nothing changed. Please help!
