Impossible to watch home made movies in sims 3 generation [ Edited ]

Hi everyone!

I was trying sims 3 generation when I saw a problem. I made my sims use the video camera recorder and the storage tower HD. Both work fine, but then, the sims can't watch the home movie on the TV. The TV screen stay black. I don't understand why the video is not playing.

Does anyone know the solution, and more, how to solve my problem ?
