If I delete my old EA account, can I register games to my new one?

I have an old thesims3/EA/origin (?) account and accidentally registered my The Sims 3 University Life onto it. If I delete that account as I have no use for it anymore, can I register University Life to my new account with the same code? If there is a way from doing it without having to call a game advisor please let me know.

University Life is the only expansion pack I want, so this is very frustrating for me.

You need to call a game advisor. Not even sure if they can help you though.
