 INVALID KEY have an used sims4 game but cant install it the key is used the game says

Depending on where you purchased the game key, you may or may not be able to get a refund.

Either way, you should attempt to get a refund because your one time use code has already been redeemed on an account.

I don't think you can buy used keys. Not legally anyway. They won't work.
