If there are on thesims3.com, you have an account on Origin with all the games you have there. It uses the same email address.

If you don't know how to access it, contact a game advisor.

well they are not using the same email because i was to young to get account on thesims3

Then you have another account with the email address that was used to make the account on thesims3.com
