No it is second. 

Did you buy the DVD or Download Version ? 

I bought the DVD. 

Did you try the Game Time first ? 

I played the game on my old computer but now It's in trash. 

I am trying to play the game on my new pc...

Another suffering the same issue

Brought the collectors edition today, box/DVD fulled sealed. So £70 just to have this issue.

Went thru all the instructions to download it, created orgin account when told too.. followed all instructions and nothing. 

This isn't on...

Oh and i contacted a so called Support Advisor via EA and they barely read my problem before spamming me with a massive auto reply which said basically "wait some time..." and giving me 15% off my next Origin purchase.

I contacted the EA and they gave me a 48 hours game time on the game while thaey are fixing this annoying issue so you guys need to go to a live chat and tell them the issue about the activation lets hope they fix this permanentley

Bought the DVD - you already gave me 2 different download game codes and it is the same problem

ı bought the original sims 4 and even i downloaded it completely, when i try to open it, it says that it is not the available product key. and it opens a new page which is for to submit. ı enter the submit button but it still says that ıts the wrong product key. whats wrong am i doing?
