advisor collect my PC's information like MSInfo, DXDiag and UOTrace and sent this to specialist. 3 hrs later specialist sent me an e-mail. Specialist said that they logged origin with my account and they can run the game there. Why can't I? Im really tired!

Altough they didnt fix my issue, they closed my case. 

What is that?
