As far as I an tell, that's a single processor which would make it below minimum specs.
Did you try the demo ?

@Win7yesh Your graphics chip is also below minimum specs. You might be able to run it on low.

I would not go with an i3. They tend to have overheating issues. Get a i5 or i7
