IGO32.dll missing

When trying to open Origin to play Sims 4, I get the message:
'The program can't start because IGO32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'
Does anyone know how to fix this, and somehow install the DLL file so I can continue playing my game?

looks like it's a dll associated with Origin.

Try reinstalling Origin from scratch: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/install-origin/ - How to delete Origin and try again
