I want my money back NOW

My sims 4 dose not worck at all i payed for this * and i want my money back this is unacceptable my sims dont listen to any comands i dont care anymore just give me may fing money, i tried uninstaling and reinstaling, fixing it through origin, clearing my cach, etc. None of it works just give me my money!!!!
