@Chelleyiana I was talking about the laptop ram you only got 3.6GB usable and you are currently using 2.9 with the game not open you need more laptop memory to play the game

And just to clarify, RAM is working memory (not storage space) as in, the location where your processor stores data it's using at the moment for currently running processes.  It doesn't matter how much storage you have, at least above a certain amount; it matters how much RAM your computer has to work with.

 

 @TheSuperWolf100  The minimum requirement for 64-bit Sims 4 is 4 GB RAM.  While having at least 8 GB is a significant improvement, and it's practically necessary to run certain packs, it's not strictly required.
