I think my account was stolen

I can't login on my the sims 3 account. I type good password and email. When I try to use I forgot my password option it get me to the EA. I have a diffrent account on EA and different account on the sims 3, but in both of these i have the same email. I tried to change EA email, so that i could login on the sims 3 account. It didn't work. What can i do?

@Vvika150  The first thing to try is clearing all of your browser caches, just in case that's the issue.  Be sure to uncheck the box(es) to preserve data for favorite sites.  Then try to login on an EA site without going through any Sims site first, i.e. go directly to EA.com.

 

If this doesn't work, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  There are procedures in place to recover a lost or stolen account, but you'll need to be able to prove ownership.  For example, a credit card statement or receipt from a purchase would be helpful.
