I saw a video were someone where playing sims 4, it was not Sims 4 CAS demo, how is that possible?  I chatted with a game advisor and he told me to post this question here as the game advisors are not able to watch youtube videos.

To back up what THISaint said, PCGamer would get exclusive access to stuff for previews.

Unless I'm mistaken a recent issue of the UK magazine has a full preview article on TS4.
