I repaired my game and now all of my cc and mods aren't showing up

I repaired my game and now all of my mods and cc isn't showing up i have the setting on and everything help-

@yourbasicperson  I take it these mods and custom content items worked earlier?  Did you also update your game since the last time they worked?  Are your saves showing up, or are you missing all your old content?
