I open my sims 4 and it wont open

So.... I open my sims 4 and this happens

It says there is no respond

I don't know what to do.... I uninstalated them and instalated them again and nothing...keeps doing this...

I read other posts that been similar to this but I am not sure how to do it <--- I am * on those things and most of the time do them wrong

I have teamviever so if someone knows how to solve this porblem could they do it for me by teamviever? PLEASEEEE

Hello!!!

The fix is easy

Disable in game origin and you will be good to go!

go to my games

right click sims 4

game properties

check the box for disabling in game origin

click ok

Start the game!
