I need help for gallary and el selvadora

Hello my fellow simmers. I have had a lot of issues lately with this sims 4 game. But after the current update im having 2 MAJOR issues. The first one is none of my gallery is loading and its showing as if everything is broken. And the next one is ALL of el Salvadora is completely missing off my map. I really need help. All my mods folder has been taken out the game. Do i need to fix it or repaid it?

@marisab144355  One common cause of the red Xs in the Gallery is an antivirus blocking the game from writing to your user folder.  Please see this thread for more information:

For Selvadorada, try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and try again.

If that doesn't help either, please start a new save and travel to Selvadorada, for comparison.
