I need a new pc [ Edited ]

I'm looking to buy a gaming pc and have never owned one before. I don't know anything about them but I want one to play sims 4 and all the dlc. The only one that I can find near me is the IBUYPOWER Slate 9050w. Would this allow me to play sims 4 and all dlc with no problem or do I need something better?

Looking at what you provided and looking up that build myself, you should have no problems. If there are any customizable options though, I would personally bump the RAM to 16GB. It's hard to go wrong with more RAM, especially if you plan to play other games as well. 8GB can be kinda low these days depending on usage. If you can't change it or have budget restrictions, the 8 should see you through.
