I’m stuck on the loading screen. [ Edited ]

I’ve been stuck on a screen with the green diamond for at least 10 minutes. Is there anyway I can exit the game while on this screen?

Hey @Jrosekirby , If you wish to exit the game before the loading screen finishes, you can press "ALT + F4" (On PC) . If you're on a Mac I believe it's "Command-Q".

If that doesn't work, you could go onto Windowed mode (ALT + Enter on PC) and go to the Task Manager and click on The Sims 4 and then click "End Task".

I unfortunately don't know the other version of windowed mode for Mac. I apologise.
