I’m not able to click on certain things on CAS and in game

I own a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop and every time I’m on CAS mode, I’m unable to click on the “Accessories” icon and sometime, the colour palette of my items and CC. Often, I also can’t cancel an item I’ve put on my sim, and it really interferes with my gameplay. Everything seems to click in game but sometimes I can’t click an option. Ive been having this problem before I started downloading CC and I’ve tried repairing the game on origin. Please help!
