I'm dealing with an error

The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:9d5d0e8f:4949e22c. It is reccomended that you relaunch the game.

I've both relaunched the game and uninstalled/reinstalled the game, it still will not let me enter any of my households. Now I will admit I was having a problem with a few mods beforehand, they wouldn't let me enter certain worlds or houses so...please help

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
