I'm 19. I can't access the community page on sims 4.

I've searched literally everywhere.

I just want to download some households and lots from the gallery into my game but they never show up.

When I check out my library (f4) there is no "community" page. My registered age in EA is that I was born in 2000. So they KNOW I'm of legal age.

I've repaired, updated, restarted, logged in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled. 

I am so frustrated by this game right now.

Are you playing the Legacy Edition? If so you do not have access to the online Gallery.
