I lost my Sims 3 product code!!!!!

So my brother bought Sims 3 a few months ago and never played it. So I'm now using it but he lost the product code, and know I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. Can I get a new product code if so how I have no idea how to. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
