This is my last ditch effort for some help from the EA team. The advisors that you can talk to through EA help have assisted with simpler issues, but I have noticed that more complex ones (like the one I am experiencing) are not solvable through a back-and-forth chat box. The advisors seem to be extremely far removed from the actual EA team and enjoyers of EA content. I even went to the extent of providing photos with my name and EA handle/username, only to be shut down by one of them, discouraging me to even attempt at communicating with them again. I know EA cares about their loyal Sims fans, so it was disappointing to witness. I am trying to install Sims 3 expansion packs and am running into some issues. I could really use some help and I am growing increasingly frustrated. Back when there used to be an EA support number, I never ran into issues like these.

@coolgirl1441 If you're trying to install Sims 3 Store worlds (anything listed here), keep in mind that those need to be installed through the Store site, not the EA App. More information is in the first post of this master thread:

@coolgirl1441 Do you have access to a computer where Sims 3 was previously installed? If so, you might be able to find the codes there. Here's how:
