I have tried everything the EA Support have told me to do

At first, my sims launcher wouldnt launch sims3 and i got a message saying unable to connect to origin, so i have done everything to force it to launch.

Since then, i now get a message saying it cant open and i have to see sims log for details. So, i went to the log and yeah i have no idea what any of

it means so it helped me in no way. Can someone help me please? I have been tried to get the support people to help me, but i give up lol i was

chatting with a support guy for about an hour while he took me through certain steps to help me make my launcher work.

Now, it just gives me this log details message B.S.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?
