I have no mods or CC and my sims 4 wont load. I recently bought all the packs and it started lagging really bad, then a week later it just sits on the load screen and never loads. If it does it wont let me click anything! This is now two weeks. I have repaired the game from Origin two times. I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and NOTHING

@MrsbGenys  Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.  Let me know either way.

Please also disable Origin in-game, for good measure.  Hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If the game still gets stuck on the loading screen, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
