I have made a new Origin account and cannot install my copy of SIMS 3.

Okay so I'm going to try again, my computer's data got erased because I wanted to but I forgot to check my origin acoount's details for me to be able to play sims 3 and the other expansion packs, so the thought of creating a new account and playing the sims 3 games again with that new account crossed my mind. I created my new account, and placed the serial code and it turns out you can't do it, I literally gave up on the idea until few months ago when I've really been wanting to play the sims, please help me ;-;
